Ingredients

• 700g beef rump steak, cut into 1cm-thick strips
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
• 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
• 8 (about 600g) chat potatoes
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 red capsicum, deseeded, diced
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 80g baby rocket leaves
