Mince Pasta Casserole recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 3-4 Large Potatoes boil mash add butter salt and pepper
• Add a little chopped Green dhania (coriander)
• Little crushed Jeeru (Cumin) (Optional)
• 1x 500g Spagetti follow the instructions on the packet
• +- 1 Kg Mince (Beef/Mutton/Chicken)
• 2-3 tablespoon Oil
• Add 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
• Add 1 teaspoon crushed Garlic
• Add 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• 1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli
• 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper or Black pepper powder (Optional)
• Little Mixed Herbs
• Add to the above Mince Mixture
• 1 tablespoon Bbq Sauce
• Add 2 tablespoon Red chutney or any Chilli Tomato Sauce
• 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree
• ½ Cup of Any Tomato Pasta Sauce
• Add little chopped Green dhania (coriander)
• Adjust the SALT AND Chilli Taste
