- 1 jalapeño
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. ground beef
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 pack of 6-8 sopes
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lettuce, shredded
- Mexican cream
- Queso Fresco
- Salsa (to taste)
