• 3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Tex-Mex Seasoning
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1 tsp (5 mL) pepper
• 1 flank steak, about 1 1/2 lb/750 g
• white onion, small and sliced
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced
• 2 tsp (10 mL) lime zest, finely grated
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) cilantro, chopped or green onion chopped
