• 1 yellow squash, large
• 4 cups rainbow chard, roughly chopped
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 large onions, diced
• 2 24.46 oz boxes chopped tomatoes
• 1 can crushed tomatoes with basil
• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
• 2 green bell pepper, diced
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 parm rind
• TT salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh oregano, roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
