• 4 large or 5 medium sweet potatoes
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 3 tablespoons almond flour
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons ground flax seed
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
