Spinach Feta Faux-cacia - Urban Vivant

Ingredients

• 8 Rhodes Bake-n-Serv frozen dinner rolls
• 1 lb spinach, washed and chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 slices of bacon, sliced into vertical strips
• 1/2 C crumbled feta (or whatever cheese you have on hand)
• 2 eggs
• olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
