Ingredients

• 3 lemons
• 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
• 2 tsp paprika
• 5 cloves garlic, sliced
• extra virgin olive oil
• 2 oz feta cheese, cubed
• ¼ cup cup raisins
• 1 large yellow onion, diced
• ¼ bunch lacinato kale, stripped off the stem and sliced
