Ingredients
- 1 cup dry pasta (noodles like elbow macaroni, shells or rigatoni)
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or more to taste
- 1 green onion (white and green parts, finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard, Dijon (old-fashioned Dijon Mustard)
- dried parsley, for garnish
