- ¾ C Saputo Gold Mozzarella
- ½ C Grated Stella Parmesan + ¼ C for topping
- ¾ C Montchevre Goat Cheese Crumbles + ¼ C for topping
- 6 cloves garlic, roasted and smashed
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 C diced Genoa Salami, rendered until crispy (about 6 disks on meat slicer set @ 12)
- 1 handful of basil, chiffonade
- Lots of fresh cracked black pepper
