• .25 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped chives
• 2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Beef Base
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• .25 tsp pepper
• 1.25 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped
• .25 cup 35% heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Beef Base
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
• 1.5 cups bread crumbs
• canola oil, for frying
