Palakai kulambu recipe / green jackfruit curry

Ingredients

• 1/2 no Green Jackfruit
• 1 no Clove
• 1/2" Cinnamon Stick
• 1/2 teaspoon Ginger/Garlic (slightly crushed)
• 1 no Cardamom
• 1 small Bay leaf
• 1 no Large Onion (sliced)
• 1 no Tomato
• 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
• 3 nos Green chillies
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 1/2 Coconut (extract milk first press, second press)
• 1 tablespoon Kulambu podi
• 4-5 tablespoons Oil
• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon Urad dal
• Salt to taste
