Ingredients

• 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
• 1/2 cup grated carrots
• 1/4 cup blanched and chopped broccoli
• 1 yellow or red bell pepper - cut into thin strips
• 1/2 cup boiled and finely shredded chicken
• 2 garlic cloves - minced of chopped finely
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 tsp mixed dry herbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
