Overnight ham-n-cheese casserole | Just A Pinch Recipes
I make several different casserole breakfasts, this is one of my favs! It uses croutons that almost everyone has in their cupboard and left-over ham.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) favorite croutons
- 1/3 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) milk, i used 2%
- 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1 cup(s) cooked, cubed left-over or deli-thick ham
