Ingredients

• 4 cups Baby Spinach
• 2 Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burger
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
• 2 cucumbers (diced)
• 3/4 cup kalamata olives
• 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
• 1 tsp fresh parsley ((finely diced))
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• salt and pepper (to taste)
