Ingredients

• 4 entrecôte steaks about 3 centimetres thick
• 1 tbsp red onions, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
• Zest from 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp pink peppercorns, freshly ground
• 1 tsp black peppercorns, freshly ground (with extra to garnish)
• 50 g Lurpak® Butter Salted
• salt
