Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- Wooden or metal skewers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, onion chunks, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are charred and tender.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
