Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, onion chunks, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  • Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are charred and tender.
  • Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
