• 2 tsp 10mL) freshly grated lime zest
• 1 tbsp (15mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 tsp (5mL) chili powder
• 1 tsp (5mL) ground cumin
• 0.5 tsp (2mL) salt
• 0.5 tsp (2mL) black pepper
• 0.25 tsp (60mL) finely chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
• 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 0.75 cup (175 mL)shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
