- 15 tbsp (or 225g) Pompeian Light Taste Olive Oil
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt, plus more for garnishing
- 7oz (or 200g) chocolate of choice (keep about 2oz on the side)
- Ice cream of choice
