I tried a few supermarket own soups recently but I was certain I could make better. I'll let you judge that though! Try my Mexican Chilli Bean Soup!
Ingredients
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 and a half onions
- 1 clove garlic
- Litre veg stock
- Tsp chilli
- Tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- Dried chilli flakes
- 1 Bay leaf
- Tin taco mixed beans
- Tin of kidney beans
