Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 1/2 pound lamb shoulder cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1 leek finely sliced
• 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 4 cups reduced sodium beef stock
• 1 whole bay leaf
• 2 sprigs thyme
• 2 sprigs parsley
• 1 bunch dutch carrots trimmed
• 6 baby potatoes
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper to taste
