Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts, or tenders
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup sliced carrots
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 small bay leaves
• 1 qt low sodium chicken broth
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 3/4 cup orzo pasta
• 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
• Fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese, to taste
• Hot crusty french bread or rolls
