Smoked Beef Shank

Ingredients

• 6-8 lb bone-in beef shank
• 2 tbsp Beef Seasoning, make your own using equal parts salt, pepper, and garlic powder
• 1 yellow onion, sliced
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 1 ½ cups beef stock
• 2 cups red wine
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp salted butter
