• 1 stick celery finely diced

• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
• 1 cup plain flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Bought puff pastry
• Extra virgin olive oil
