Steak and Cheese Pie
Steak and Cheese Pie recipe: This pie is very tasty and one of my favourite recipes love it!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Kgs Stewing steak Cubed
- 1 Large Onion Diced
- 3 medium Carrot Sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic Diced
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Mushrooms Sliced
- 4 cups Beef stock
- 1/2 Cup Red wine
- Pinch Salt & pepper
- 500 grams Tasty cheese Grated
- 7 Sheets Flakey puff pastry ready rolled
- 1/4 Cup Egg wash or milk To glaze
