Steak Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 300 g Beef (Chuck, diced)
• 150 g Puff Pastry (thawed)
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for frying)
• 1 Large Onion (chopped)
• 2 Carrots (diced)
• 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
• 300 ml Beef Stock
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
• Salt (to taste)
• Pepper (to taste)
• 1 Egg (beaten (for egg wash))
