- ½ c shallot, diced
- ¼ c dry white wine
- ¾ c sour cream
- 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- ½ c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Italian hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- ⅓ c fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 sliced baguette or crackers for serving
