These boozy salted rum caramel brownies are the perfect step up from classic chocolate brownies. They use shop bought salted caramel, and so come together dangerously quickly.

- 100g of unsalted butter
- 100g of milk chocolate, chopped
- 100g of dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 Freshlay Farms Golden Yolker® eggs
- 250g of golden caster sugar
- 100g of Doves Farm Organic Plain White Flour
- 50g of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Doves Farm Baking Powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 260g of salted caramel
- 2 tbsp of rum
