Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon high-heat oil
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper – halved, seeded and thinly sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 bunch Swiss chard – rinsed, tough stems removed and leaves chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup shredded fontina or provolone cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• 8 (6-inch) corn or flour tortillas
• 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
