- 8 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 6 sheets toasted seaweed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- ½ cucumber, chopped in thin batons
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 60ml rice wine vinegar
