• 2 small Yellow Onions, chopped
• 3 Stalks Celery, chopped
• 2 C 2% Milk
• 2 C Low Sodium Vegetable broth
• ½ C Whipping Cream
• ¼ C Unsalted Butter
• 1 Tbsp. EVOO
• 1 ½ Tsp. Sea Salt +
• 1 Tsp. Pepper +
• ¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
