• 2 cups extra virgin olive oil;

• 3-4 anchovies.
• 400 grams of plain flour;
• 4 whole eggs and + 1 egg yolk.
• 250 grams ricotta cheese;
• 50 grams parmigiano reggiano cheese;
• white wine;
• 1 carrot;
• extra virgin olive oil.
