• 1/8 ts Hot red-pepper flakes
• 2 Italian (2 lb. cans) plum
• 3 lb Very ripe plum tomatoes;
• Grated Asiago cheese
• 4 tb Olives oil
• 1 lb Fedelini (v. thin spaghetti)
