- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 3 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ - ½ cup fresh blueberries
