- 16 oz or 500 grams elbow noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10 crackers or 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
