• 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley, flakes
• 4 bell peppers, colors of your choice
• 2 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
