Ingredients

• 12 butter lettuce leaves
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 3 Tbsp sesame oil – divided
• 1 large onion – chopped
• 5 cloves garlic – minced
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• ¼ cup hoisin sauce
• 2 tsp fresh ginger – minced
• 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
• ¼ cup green onions – chopped
• ⅓ cup daikon – cut into matchsticks
• ⅓ cup carrots – cut into matchsticks
• Roasted peanuts – chopped, for garnish
