- 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dark rum divided
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (129g) (scoop and sweep method)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter melted + extra for greasing springform pan
- Confectioner’s sugar for dusting
