Chattrade - Kiddie-Style Sardines Spaghetti

Ingredients

• 2 cans x 155g SABA Sardines in Tomato Sauce
• 450g Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
• 2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
• 3 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 pc Onion, finely chopped
• 1pc Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
• 1 pack x 70g Tomato Paste
• 1 can x 390g F&N Condensada – Sweetened Condensed Creamer
• 2 cups Water
• 3 Tbsp Cornstarch, dissolved in ¼ cup water
• ½ cup Cheese, grated
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Ground black pepper
