Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C dry orzo pasta
• 1 C sweet corn*
• 1 C cucumber, seeded and finely diced
• 1 C orange bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 C red onion, finely chopped
• 1 package grape tomatoes, halved
• 1 C mini mozzarella balls**
• 7 oz store bought pesto***
