Ingredients

• 2 lb (1 Kg) potatoes, baking (e.g. Yukon Gold)
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) GAY LEA - Salted Butter
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
• 2 cups (500 mL) corn kernels, cooked
• 2 garlic heads, roasted
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh basil, or mint, chopped
