Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (50 mL) GAY LEA - Butter Sticks – Salted
• 1 large spanish onion, or 3 medium cooking onions, peeled and sliced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp (5 mL) dried thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) dry sherry
• 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
• 4 lb (2 Kg) baked potatoes
• 1 cup (250 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
