• 1-2 pieces of chicken per person (Skin on) or 1 Tablespoon olive oil for frying (If you are using skinless chicken)
• 1 can chickpeas
• 1/2 cup samp
• 4 medium baby marrows sliced
• 1 small onion diced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 30 ml tomato sauce
• 1 can tomato and onion mix
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 cups chicken stock
