- 3 medium eggs
- 50g ground almonds
- 140g self-raising flour

- pink food colouring (we used 1 tube Dr Oetker gel food colouring in Hot pink)
- 100g apricot jam
- icing sugar, for dusting
- 500g pack white marzipan
