- 50g ground almonds
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tsp red food colouring
- ½ tsp yellow food colouring
- 200g apricot jam
- 2 x 500g blocks of marzipan
