- Diced Green Chilis: 4 ounces
- Garlic: 1 tablespoon minced

- Cumin: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Kosher Salt: 1 tablepoon
- Lime: 1/2 Lime (Juice)
