Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of clear tequila ( use a mid-grade because cheap tastes cheap )
• 1/4 cup of soy sauce
• 3/4 cup of lime juice (fresh is better)
• 4 Tbsp. chopped garlic
• 3 Serrano Chilies (jalapeno for less heat) sliced into long strips
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
• 1/4 to 1/3 cup Sriracha hot chili sauce (Asian food isle)
• 1-2 lbs. Venison Loin
