- 3 cups cream
- 4 egg whites
- 400g Huletts Castor Sugar/Huletts Icing Sugar
- 250g fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 250g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 600g plain vanilla sponge cake, chopped into squares
