Bacon Egg and Leek Pie | Rowena G's Recipes

Ingredients

• 300 g plain flour
• 150g hard (cooking) margarine cut into small cubes
• Cold water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 500g of good bacon reserve 5 whole slices, finely chop the remaining bacon
• 2 leeks large leeks, washed and finely sliced
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ground black pepper to taste
• 10 large eggs reserve 2 for the cream mix
• ¾ cup parsley finely chopped
• 200 ml single cream
