Ingredients: cooked (boiled tends to be best) and shelled chestnuts - try not to eat too many!; Chicken (i tend to use the bones of a cooked chicken I've bought plus some extra meat); onions; Chicken stock; any veg for extra bulk and flavour - carrots etc
